Barbet is a Canadian, family-founded brand created by sisters Katie and Andrea, born from a deeply personal need for better zero-alcohol options. After a seizure in 2020 led Katie to go 0% ABV, she realized it wasn’t the alcohol she missed, but the sense of connection and belonging that came with sharing a drink. At the time, non-alcoholic options felt like an afterthought, lacking the boldness and ritual of their alcoholic counterparts.

Barbet set out to change that by putting alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on equal footing. The result is full-bodied, elevated sparkling water designed to be enjoyed on its own or mixed with your favourite spirit, without watering down the moment. Rooted in family gatherings, open tables, and the belief that everyone belongs, Barbet celebrates presence over proof and connection over content.
