Bles-Wold

🥣 From farm to fridge in just three days.

Bles-Wold Yogurt began in 1996, but the story really started two years earlier when the Bos-Eilers family immigrated from the Netherlands and started their dairy farm in central Alberta. They named it Bles-Wold — a mix of their hometowns, Blesdijke and Steenwijkerwold.

When Tinie Eilers’ daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, Tinie went looking for a healthy yogurt made without added sugar. She couldn’t find one she trusted, so she decided to make her own — starting small, sharing batches with family and friends. The response was so positive that she began selling at farmers markets and eventually in local grocery stores. Today, Bles-Wold products are proudly sold in over 100 stores across Alberta.

In 2019, the Beyer family of Crystal Springs Cheese took over production, carrying on the same values of quality, freshness, and care. Bles-Wold yogurt is still made right on the family farm in Lethbridge, using milk that goes from cow to cup in just three days. Every batch is crafted with 100% A2 milk for better digestion and the clean, natural taste that’s made Bles-Wold a true Alberta favourite.
