Blue Sky Clothing

🌿 Ethical fashion for every body.

Founded by Marilyn, Blue Sky Clothing was born from a simple vision: to create beautiful, comfortable clothing that’s ethically made and inclusive for all body types. What began in a humble Volkswagen van at the Balfour ferry landing in British Columbia has grown into a beloved Canadian fair-trade fashion brand with nine stores, a thriving online shop, and customers across North America.

From the beginning, Blue Sky has stood for fair wages, ethical production, and sustainable materials. Working with skilled fabric cutters and batik artists in Bali, and sewers in Chengdu, China, every piece is made with care, respect, and craftsmanship. The brand’s signature fabrics—bamboo, cotton, linen, wool, cashmere, and modal—are natural, long-lasting, and gentle on both skin and planet.

Designing sizes XXS to 4X, Blue Sky celebrates inclusivity and comfort for all shapes and lifestyles. Beyond fashion, the company gives back through its Sock It to Literacy campaign, donating to local literacy programs with every pair of merino socks sold.

Today, Marilyn continues to lead Blue Sky with the same passion and purpose that started it all—crafting timeless, ethical clothing that helps people look and feel their best.
