Carlington Booch is a Canadian-owned social enterprise from Ottawa brewing traditionally crafted, small-batch kombucha with a purpose. Co-founder Jon Ruby built the company to create real pathways back into the workforce. Each batch supports paid jobs and volunteer placements for people transitioning out of addiction treatment, along with monthly product donations made possible by community sponsors.

The result? A bottle that’s good for your gut (hello, probiotics and antioxidants) and good for your neighbourhood. Every purchase helps fund recovery programmes and skills-building through their social brand, Ashes to Rubies—strengthening people, families, and the wider community, one brew at a time.
