Cedar Valley is a snack story that you didn’t know you needed! It all started in a high school classroom, where Ameen Fadel turned a $3,000 grant into a full-blown family business alongside his mom, Surria. Their first product? A homemade Fattoush dressing made from a beloved family recipe. But the unexpected hit? Their crunchy, golden pita chips.

What began as a farmers’ market extra quickly became the main attraction and earned fans from Windsor to Whole Foods. Because of their hard work, heart, and hustle, Cedar Valley grew from renting kitchens to building their own facility and landing shelf space in 1,800+ stores nationwide.

Today, Cedar Valley is proudly Canadian, family-owned, and still obsessed with flavour. Their pita chips are crunchy, craveable, and perfect for snacking, dipping, or devouring straight from the bag.
