ChocoSol makes dark chocolate the slow, thoughtful way—stone-ground, small-batch, and rooted in tradition. What started in Oaxaca’s markets in 2004 has grown into a Toronto-based social enterprise making chocolate that’s as meaningful as it is delicious.

Using direct-trade cacao and low-impact methods, ChocoSol puts people and the planet first. Every bar is packed with flavour and purpose, made in partnership with Indigenous communities across the Americas, and crafted with care for the earth.

But ChocoSol isn’t just about chocolate—it’s about connection. From their cozy Toronto space filled with tastings and workshops, to their bike-delivered bars, they’re building something bigger. They're building a food system that’s ethical, ecological, and truly communal.
