Choose Life Foods is a Canadian food company founded by Carolyn Simon with a mission to bring delicious, plant-based Caribbean cuisine to more tables. Inspired by her love of Jamaican patties and the lack of vegan Caribbean options available while transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle, Carolyn began creating her own recipes which quickly won over family, friends, and the wider community.

Today, Choose Life Foods makes flavourful plant-based products using simple, recognizable ingredients sourced from ethical suppliers whenever possible. Staying true to Caribbean culinary traditions, the company believes that great food should be boldly seasoned, nourishing, and made without unnecessary additives.
