The story of Clark Beans began in Montreal in 1877, when William Clark saw Canadians’ growing love for baked beans and launched his own brand on St-Antoine Street. Inspired by old-world recipes and cooked slowly to perfection, Clark’s beans became a true Canadian comfort food staple.

From coast to coast, generations have enjoyed Clark’s simple, hearty recipes, made with carefully selected navy beans and rich, flavourful sauces. During wartime and beyond, their cans filled Canadian pantries and dinner tables alike — a symbol of home-cooked comfort.
