Cookie It Up

🍪 Small-batch goodness since 1983. Baked in Ontario.

Cookie It Up started over a batch of homemade cookies. In 1983, 21-year-old Paige Sillcox turned her summer job idea into a full-time passion when she started baking from her mom’s kitchen in King City, Ontario. Armed with her grandmother’s recipes and a belief that cookies should be better than anything, she created something special.

What began with handwritten labels and simple white paper bags grew fast. By summer’s end, Paige had gone from a goal of selling 800 bags total to 800 a week. Cookie It Up moved into a dedicated bakery, then into the hearts (and cookie jars) of Canadians across the country.

Today, the tradition continues in Aurora, Ontario, where the cookies are still made in small batches with real ingredients and no preservatives. Whether you find them at Costco, Whole Foods, or onboard a Porter flight, Cookie It Up is all about simple, honest cookies that taste just like home.
