Fernwood Coffee is a family-owned Canadian coffee company that began in 2007 with the purchase of Parsonage Café and a vintage 1936 coffee roaster. What started as a curiosity quickly evolved into a passion for roasting exceptional coffee, guided by the belief that every cup should reflect the same care, craftsmanship, and hospitality as a great meal.
