FOC Foods was started in Toronto in 2020 by friends Albert and Mike —a chef and a photographer who bonded over their shared love of good food. What began as a small idea to sell homemade focaccia bread at local farmers markets quickly turned into something bigger. When the pandemic hit, the pair switched gears and focused on creating bold, flavour-packed condiments instead.

Their first hit? Salt-Cured Chilies in Oil. Since then, FOC has grown to include a full lineup of gourmet spicy condiments, now available at retailers across the GTA. Every product is vegan, gluten-free, and made with real ingredients that add heat and flavour to any dish. You can find their full collection—and plenty of other local hot sauces and marinades—at their Scarborough shop, where they still serve up fresh focaccia and big flavour with every visit.
