Grandma Treesaw’s Bannock

🍞 A true taste of the Yukon — made with love and tradition.

For years, Grandma Treesaw has been sharing her Teslin Tlingit-style bannock with family and friends across the Yukon. Everyone who tried it wanted to learn how to make it themselves — so she began teaching workshops, catering events, and eventually selling her own Yukon Bannock Mix so that anyone could enjoy it at home.

Teresa, known affectionately as “Treesaw,” started selling her bannock mix in 2014 as a way to share her culture, traditions, and the warmth of homemade bannock with more people. Each and every bag is a piece of her story — one that celebrates family, food, and her First Nations heritage. Her grandchildren are especially proud when they see her mix on store shelves, smiling and saying, “That’s my Grandma!”

Today, Grandma Treesaw’s Bannock brings people together through a simple, comforting recipe that’s been passed down with love — a true taste of the Yukon.
