☕ Coffee that’s crafted, not just made.

Hatch Coffee got its start with a simple obsession: doing things differently. It all began when the founder started roasting beans by hand while living in West Africa. Fast forward to 2015, Hatch officially opened its roastery and brewery in Markham, Ontario—and the experimenting hasn’t stopped since.

They launched with cold brew (arguably the trickiest coffee style to perfect) and built from there. Every batch is roasted with intention, flavour, and just the right amount of nerdy coffee science.

Hatch has grown through its fair share of ups and downs, but that’s part of what makes it tick. The team is still small, still scrappy, and still focused on what matters: making really good coffee with curiosity, creativity, and care.
