Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. is a Canadian brand founded in 2015 after a home hot sauce hobby quickly gained a loyal following in Thunder Bay, Ontario. What started in a home kitchen grew into a full-scale production company built on a commitment to balance, flavour, and quality. Every sauce is designed to be bright, bold, and uniquely delicious, with heat that enhances rather than overwhelms.

Heartbeat uses traditional fermentation methods to develop depth and complexity before cooking their sauces with a short list of simple, high-quality ingredients. No water, no thickeners, and no chemical preservatives are ever added, keeping each bottle as natural as possible. All recipes are developed, fermented, cooked, bottled, packaged, and distributed from their dedicated Thunder Bay facility. While the brand continues to grow, Heartbeat remains committed to its small-batch roots, creating sauces meant to become everyday staples in kitchens everywhere.
