What started as a 900-square-foot shop in Maple Ridge, BC, is now Canada’s largest privately owned automotive parts distributor. Lordco Auto Parts opened its doors in 1974, founded by Roy Lord and Ed Coates, who earned a loyal following through great service and trusted parts. By 1980, Ed took the reins and expanded Lordco across BC—setting the foundation for what would become a true Canadian success story.

Now with over 85 stores, 3 distribution centres, a fleet of 500+ delivery vehicles, and more than 2,000 employees, Lordco remains a family-run company guided by Ed’s legacy and values.
