Mitsoh

🍖 Traditional taste. Modern respect. Born on Treaty 6 Territory.

Mitsoh is more than just a food brand — it’s a bridge between generations, a celebration of culture, and a commitment to sharing Indigenous foods with the world. Founded by Ian Gladue of the Bigstone Cree Nation, Mitsoh grew from the roots of Native Delights, a once-humble food cart turned restaurant that helped bring bannock and other Indigenous staples into the spotlight.

Today, Mitsoh focuses on traditional proteins like dry meat and pemmican strips, made with clean, local ingredients and guided by teachings passed down through generations. Their bannock—once served hot off the griddle—is now available in grocery stores across Canada, helping to preserve and share the warmth and wisdom of Indigenous foodways.

With everything they make, Mitsoh honours its community, its Elders, and its land. Every bite tells a story—and invites you to be part of it.
