New Moon Kitchen is a Canadian bakery brand that began as a passion project and grew into something much bigger. Founded by Eden Hertzog just after high school, the business started with homemade vegan baked goods sold under the name “Eden’s Edibles,” delivered across town from the back seat of her dad’s car. What began as a way to fund a trip quickly turned into a full-fledged bakery when the cookies became an instant hit.

Today, New Moon Kitchen stays true to its original spirit: baking because it loves to create good food and run a business that does some good in the world. With a strong commitment to inclusivity, all products are made in a Toronto facility completely free of dairy, eggs, nuts, and peanuts. Certified kosher parve and proudly school-safe, New Moon Kitchen creates treats that bring happiness to bakers and cookie lovers alike, no matter their dietary needs.
