Ö Hydration started with one simple problem: staying hydrated felt impossible. The founder avoided plain water at all costs—chocolate milk and juice were way more appealing. But that led to constant fatigue, headaches, and poor sleep. When a coach finally suggested drinking three litres of water a day, the response was…well, skeptical.

Enter: water flavour enhancers. They helped—until a closer look at the ingredients revealed a long list of artificial additives like potassium acesulfame and Red 40. That was the turning point.
