Born from a deep love of pasta and a desire to share authentic, homemade flavours with their community, Okanagan Pasta Company was founded in Kelowna, British Columbia, during the quiet reflection of 2020. What started as a small project in a shared community kitchen has grown into a thriving local business dedicated to crafting fresh, artisanal pasta using the best Canadian ingredients.

Founders Cansu and her partner transformed their passion into purpose—drawing on their university recipe notebooks, they fine-tuned traditional Italian techniques to celebrate Canadian Durum flour, BC-farmed eggs, and pure Canadian spring water. Through countless experiments and community feedback, they developed their signature dough and began offering Fresh Pasta Kits, allowing friends and neighbours to experience restaurant-quality meals at home.

As their following grew, so did their dream. In just two years, they designed a new space that now serves as both a kitchen and a marketplace, offering daily fresh pasta, artisanal sauces, imported goods, and frozen meals. Located at 12-1515 Westgate Road in Kelowna, their shop is now a gathering place for food lovers across the Okanagan—people brought together by a shared love of comfort, creativity, and connection.
