Pefferlaw Creek Farms is a family-owned Ontario farm specializing in 100% pure organic maple syrup. Operated by brothers Tony, Ben, Gene, and John Tomory, the business grew from a childhood passion for maple syrup production into a full-time family enterprise rooted in generations of experience.

Located north of Uxbridge, Ontario, the family farm features a beautiful sugar bush with maple trees more than a century old. What began with collecting sap by hand and producing small batches has expanded into a network of local forests spanning hundreds of acres. All sap is brought back to the family farm, where it is carefully processed into premium organic maple syrup.
