Picard Peanuts has been growing, roasting, and reinventing peanuts for over 40 years. In 1979, the Picard family brought peanuts to the sandy soils of Norfolk County, launching what would become Ontario’s very first commercial peanut operation. Today, their signature creations — like the iconic Chip Nuts™ — are beloved across the province.

Still proudly family-run under Jim Picard Jr., the company offers over 150 peanut-forward snacks, from jumbo cocktail peanuts and peanut brittle to seasonal favourites like Cookie Nuts. All are roasted fresh in-house with a focus on quality, flavour, and good old-fashioned Canadian hospitality.

With six “blue barn” retail shops and online shopping available, Picard Peanuts continues to bring joy to snackers near and far. One bite, and you’ll understand why generations of families have gone nuts for their nuts.
