Plume started with a real-life problem. After having her first child, founder Lauren Bilon began losing her lashes and brows. When a pharmaceutical product helped them grow back—but caused burning, discoloration, and blurred vision—she knew there had to be a better way. Determined to find a natural solution, Lauren teamed up with her husband Brett and cosmetic chemist Irene Schnell to create something completely new.

What they came up with was Plume’s Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum — a blend of plant-based ingredients that actually works, without the harsh chemicals. It’s a formula built on science, nature, and a whole lot of perseverance. Today, Plume continues to prove that beauty and safety can go hand in hand, helping people restore confidence one lash (and brow) at a time.
