Sana started with a simple goal: to make treats that feel like a reward but don’t mess with your wellness. When Véronick was diagnosed with Lupus in 2018, she had to shift her diet—less sugar, more good fats—and started experimenting in the kitchen. She loved to cook so it didn't take long before she was whipping up snacks that tasted amazing and actually made her feel good.

What began as a few home recipes quickly turned into a full family effort. Her partner Danny handled the behind-the-scenes hustle, and their son Emrick came on board to help manage the growing demand. The trio launched Sana—a family-run Canadian brand that's focused on sugar-free snacks that don’t feel like a compromise.

Everything Sana makes is crafted with care, using real ingredients and no added sugar. From the beginning, the mission has been to help people snack better, without giving up the fun or the flavour.
