🍫 Swiss roots. Canadian crafted.

Schoki Chocolate was founded in 2020 by Yoann and Josi Guidi and born out of a love for fine chocolate and a deep respect for farmers and the environment. The company was inspired by Yoann’s Swiss upbringing but is crafted in Canada where Schoki embraces the bean-to-bar tradition by carefully sourcing cacao through farmer co-operatives, paying fair prices, and ensuring each and every bar reflects both its origin and its maker’s passion.

From the start, Schoki has focused on traceability, sustainability, and quality. Their small-batch, European-style bars are made with carefully chosen cacao and local ingredients. They blend Swiss chocolate heritage with flavours inspired by the Pacific Northwest, resulting in bars that tell a story of ethical sourcing and mindful craftsmanship.
