Stefano started with a simple idea: TO bring a truly authentic Italian tomato sauce to grocery stores, just like Nonna used to make! What started out with four classic flavours has grown into a beloved Canadian brand, offering everything from traditional pasta sauces and frozen pizzas to olive oils, sausages, and even hazelnut cocoa spread. All of Stefano’s products are crafted in Quebec using real ingredients—like Italian tomatoes from Striano, near Naples—and never include added sugar or preservatives.

Founded by chef duo Stefano Faita and Michele Forgione, the brand reflects their roots in Italian cooking and their passion for quality, family, and good food. After launching four successful Montreal restaurants, the pair brought that same care and flavour to Canadian kitchens. Today, every Stefano product is a taste of tradition—with a local twist.
