The High-End Hippie began in the Okanagan Valley after founder Amy had her first son and started paying closer attention to what was in the products she used. With a background in luxury spas, she loved high-end beauty but hated the chemicals and plastic waste that came with it. So, with a $20,000 line of credit and a kitchen full of ideas, she set out to make salon-quality shampoo and conditioner bars that were clean, sustainable, and actually worked.

Each bar is handcrafted in small batches using locally sourced botanicals and organic ingredients. Inspired by her East Coast roots and a deep respect for nature, she built the brand around sustainability, community, and heart. The High-End Hippie is all about bringing together luxury and mindfulness—creating hair care that performs beautifully, without the waste.
