Tofino Hot Sauce is a British Columbia–made brand that focuses on local sourcing, thoughtful production, and a deep love for flavour. Created on the West Coast and inspired by Vancouver Island’s food culture, the sauces are made using ingredients sourced as close to home as possible. From Vancouver Island Sea Salt harvested in Oyster River to vegetables from Saanich and chile peppers grown in Osoyoos, every bottle reflects a strong commitment to Canadian farmers and regional supply chains.

Led by founder and flavour maker Lise Richard, Tofino Hot Sauce is crafted in small batches using a cooked, blended, and strained process that delivers smooth, balanced heat. Nothing goes to waste. The remaining pepper pulp is dehydrated, ground into powder, and blended with Vancouver Island Sea Salt to create flavour-packed finishing salts. It is a full-circle approach that highlights both sustainability and creativity.
